When I was pregnant with Kylie, my first child, my weight increased about 16 kg. After delivery, I could not shed the last few kilograms away despite breastfeeding her for almost 1.5 years. Then I was pregnant with Kylin, my second child. I gained another 8 kg in total. I breastfed Kylin shorter (less than a year) and the end result - I could not slim down to my desired weight also :( and nearly resorted to fat burners but I was pregnant again.
So I was really fat when I was pregnant for the third time but I guessed I was blessed that my weight didn’t increase at all (so far). I was wondering if I could ever get back to my pre-first-pregnancy weight. Have anyone experienced this kind of situation before? Can I really slim down 11 kg when I have not increased a single gram in this pregnancy by breastfeeding my baby boy? Anything else I should be doing or taking besides daily exercise? I welcome any tips or advise.
